Can you ping 127.0.0.1, default gateway and your IP address, but can't ping other WorkStations on the network? Are all the settings correct? Replacing the NIC, didn't resolve the problem? Have IRQ reserved and still no result. Try ripping out the motherboard resources AND/OR reinstalling the mothererboard drivers, with specific attention to the IRQ mini-drivers.
