The NOSPIN Group is an Idaho non-profit corporation with IRS 501(c)3 non-profit status.  The NOSPIN Group is an Internet multimedia publishing corporation, providing materials via the World Wide Web, mailing lists and newsletters.

The NOSPIN Group incorporated December 10th, 1998 in the State of Idaho.   The corporate documents are maintained in that state and are available upon request.

The NOSPIN Group applied for 501(c)3 status with the US Internal Revenue Service, February 22nd, 1999. 

The US Internal Revenue Service granted The NOSPIN Group Non-Profit status effect June 4, 1999, in accordance with IRS section 501(c)3, as a private non-profit foundation.
