Since Bailu is an Abundance character, it is usually worth it to invest in her since you usually need healers in more difficult parts of the game. Bailu's heals are decent and her Talent lets her prevent an ally from being knocked down, which can come in clutch in dire situations.
However, what Bailu's kit lacks is a cleanse and her Skill's extra healing for allies is randomly targeted. Other healers like Lynx can cleanse de-buffs, which is often vital for enemies that can inflict de-buffs on your party.

Gallagher
Analysis：
Gallagher is a sustain unit that can heal allies by inflicting a Besotted debuff on the enemy. Allies who attack the Besotted enemy will have their HP restored.

Natasha
Analysis：
